A brand-new opportunity for senior care professionals on Hilton Head Island to connect, collaborate, share ideas, and build meaningful professional relationships--all in person!
The Lowcountry Senior Care Collaborative is a startup networking group created to bring together professionals who serve seniors and their families throughout our community. Our goal is simple: connect great people, share resources, create referrals, and work together to make a difference in senior care.

This is the very beginning, and we want YOU to help shape what this group becomes. Bring your business cards, your ideas, your services, your upcoming events--and your willingness to collaborate!
Our first order of business will be to begin planning a Beaufort County-wide Senior Health Fair that brings together senior care professionals, healthcare providers, resources, and the community.
Whether you represent home care, home health, hospice, senior living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, healthcare, therapy, social services, or another organization serving seniors--we'd love to have you at the table.
