Annie O's Kitchen is celebrating the traditional method of cooking seafood in the Lowcountry Region. We have always strived to offer our customers the best domestic wild caught seafood that we could find and what better way to feature it than to prepare it as it has been for generations - Calabash style! We have added to our menu several Calabash Seafood Baskets (Shrimp, Oyster and Fish) and for a limited time we will be offering our Fresh Catch of Whole Flounder - As always, our Whole Flounder is the best we can find and it is never .. Did We Mention NEVER Frozen! It means a lot to us to make sure that every plate is unmatched in quality of ingredients and taste! Staying true to our Southern roots we wanted to share this traditional method of cooking our delicious top tier seafood - Light, crisp and emphasizes the taste!
