Chamber’s Adopt-A-Polling Place Fed 300 Poll Workers on Election Day
The Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce's Adopt-A-Polling Place program fed nearly 300 poll worker volunteers in southern Beaufort County on Election Day - November 8 - thanks to presenting sponsor The Villas at Bayshore and 20 more businesses.
Adopt-A-Polling Place is a program to show volunteer poll workers appreciation for their service on Election Day. Meals, snacks, and refreshments were distributed to 28 polling locations.
