About Osprey Village

Osprey Village is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to develop and provide affordable housing options for adults with developmental disabilities that foster community inclusion and support achieving independence. Our Osprey Village neighborhood will be located on a 25-acre parcel that was donated to us in the 7,300-acre East Argent planned development off Rt. 170 in the City of Hardeeville, SC. It will be an integral part of the surrounding community, with housing, social activities, facilities, training opportunities, and events drawing participants from our nearby neighbors.

To support our operations, we have two thrift stores: one on Hilton Head Island at 2600 Main Street - the largest thrift store on the island with over 10,000 s.f. of retail space - and one in Okatie at 2797 N. Okatie Hwy (near the intersection of Rt. 170 and Argent Blvd.) Shoppers, donors, and volunteers are always welcome!

Our Thrift Store in Okatie (Phone: 843-645-4505) is located at 2797 N. Okatie Hwy. next to the Circle K gas station at the intersection of Rt. 170 and Argent Blvd.
