Leadership: Creating Leaders and Pillars of Our Community
Why do we take the time to invest in our members and their leadership capabilities? Because we look at business from a 30,000-foot view. We know that the leaders created and cultivated today will make a difference in our community in the coming years.
Leadership is a skill worth cultivating and your Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce has been doing just that for over 30 years.
It’s always interesting to greet the incoming class each year and observe as their leadership skills begin to take shape. Not only are they learning about our community and leadership in an in-depth way, they are rolling up their sleeves and completing projects that will be part of the community long after graduation day.
Interested in Applying for the Next Class?
Candidates must complete and submit an application, and contact three references, who must submit reference forms, on behalf of the candidate. Applications and reference forms must be downloaded from this site (available approximately March 2018), completed, mailed, and received by the deadline. Please note that the reference forms must be completed and submitted by the references themselves, not the candidate.
For more information about Leadership, or the application process, please contact Greg Alexander, Director of Public Policy and Small Business.
