Marketing: Responsible for ensuring all online media outlets are updated with current events and updated medical news and publications are revised for distribution in the United States, including but not limited to: Maintain social and digital media activities of the organization, prepare and deliver presentations to groups and organizations to promote mission, attend and support activities at symposiums and conventions to promote organizational mission, coordinate with UK staff on marketing and patient materials appropriate for US use and distribution, work with UK staff to ensure consistent branding across all affiliates, and build US database to begin regular e-newsletter mailing. Programs: Responsible for the implementation, management, supervision and evaluation of all activities for programs, including but not limited to: Establish a series of Know Your Pulse Events that build awareness, develop database and create momentum for fundable future events, Continue to grow the Arrhythmia Alliance-Gavin Quance Campaign and the Arrhythmia Alliance-Defibs Save Lives Campaign, which are two campaigns to place AEDS throughout the Lowcountry. Fundraising: Responsible to identify and develop funding opportunities for organizational initiatives, including but not limited to: Work with CEO to identify and secure funding sources for programs, draft grant proposals, establish relationships with local funders, and create opportunities for fundable partnerships. Administration: Responsible to ensure organizational adherence to state and federal regulations, including but not limited to: Annual 990 (federal & state), Annual Business License (Town of Hilton Head), and local contact for all organization relationships.


Degree in health promotions, relation field or experience, proven oral and written communication skills. demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrated ability to work independently, be self-motivated and highly organized, sound computer skills in a windows/MS Office environment, effective oral and written communication skills, experience in Website/Social Media is necessary, grant writing skills is a plus, and candidate must have a valid South Carolina driver's license and adequate vehicle transportation to meet the responsibilities of the position.

This position reports to the Founder & CEO. This position shares office space with CEO's Personal Assistant and Administrative Marketing Assistant. This position required some overnight travel. This position is 32 hours per week.

Salary: 30,000 - 34,000
