Manage Accounts Payable Recieve and post payments to owner accounts Review and verify daily front desk financial paperwork Invoice Workorders Train, supervise, and assist front desk staff Answer phones: Take reservations, answer questions, and route other incoming calls Greet general public, owners, and rental guests with professionalism amd friendliness Assist management with general correspondence and administrative tasks


Quickbooks Experience required
Microsoft Office Experience required
Employee must have multitasking, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
Reservation experience helpful


Full Time Position with normal hours M-F 9-5. Some weekends and holidays may be required.
