Beginning Post Date 07/17/2017 Ending Post Date 08/31/2017 Job Description The schedule is flexible, 15-30 hours a week. Seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and upbeat individual to assist with business related tasks in Beaufort, SC. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, polished, highly productive and able to work in a small office environment. The ideal candidate must also be able to manage highly confidential information and have the utmost discretion. Responsibilities • Self-motivated and able to work on his/her own • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities • Strong organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Knowledge of Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel, and Outlook • Desire to continuously improve processes • Strong ability to follow directions • Experience with the general contracting or construction field is preferred, but not required. • Some IT knowledge is preferred, but not required.


Duties will include bill payments, shopping, and occasional trips to the post office. Ideal candidate would be comfortable navigating the city on his or her own in a timely fashion. Candidate must be organized; excellent communicator; efficient, flexible, and proactive; no task is too big or too small.

Salary: $15/Hour
