Local Real Estate company is seeking a highly motivated Office Coordinator for Bluffton office. The Office Coordinator provides invaluable support by ensuring efficiency of the company through effective communication, support of our team and managing day-to-day office operations smoothly and efficiently. We offer an upbeat, high-energy atmosphere with a team-focused company culture. We are looking to hire promptly. Job Status: FT-Full-time - 80 hours per pay period Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm General Duties: -Serve as a positive first impression of our company by answering phone calls and greeting people as they enter -Answer routine inquiries from clients, agents and brokers -Provide clerical and administrative support to agents and brokers -Distribute incoming mail -Operate scanners, fax machines and printers -Create documents, spreadsheets and basic presentations -Data entry -Filing and file processing -Additional general office duties as needs arise

-Minimum 1-year experience supporting professionals in an office environment
-Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational matters on a daily basis
-Cheerful, professional phone etiquette
-Professionalism in frequent interactions with customers and the public
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word and Excel
-Attention to detail, basic proofreading and editing abilities
-Resourceful, self-governing, and comfortable working under multiple deadlines
-Real Estate experience preferred but not required
-Experience working in an MLS preferred but not required
-Social media experience preferred but not required

Salary: Salaried (negotiable based on experience)
