We don’t believe successful tourism is simply about increasing visitor volume. The quality of visitation, and when visitors arrive, matters just as much. That’s why we partner with the College of Charleston Office of Tourism Analysis and use tools such as Placer.ai and Zartico to better understand who our visitors are, how they impact the community, and how those insights inform smarter decisions for future years.
