Every Southern kitchen features Fried Chicken and ours is some of the best the island offers. We start with our poultry, it is fresh and free-range, from there it is a simple blend of seasonings to make it mouthwatering and unforgettable! Our seafood is wild caught, domestic, sustainable that is fresh off the boat – NEVER FROZEN and never imported. In addition to offering some of the best tastes of the region we offer catering and personal chef services for small and large groups.
