Join us for the premier women’s gathering focused on enhancing and empowering your personal and professional growth. This year’s keynote speaker is South Carolina Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette.

In addition to networking with over 200 local, Lowcountry and visiting women, you’ll be treated to an impressive list of thought-provoking speakers, each one an entrepreneur, business professional, or community leader from a diverse selection of backgrounds, industries, and interests. If you are a women entrepreneur, solopreneur, business professional, or nonprofit or community leaders from Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Savannah, Charleston, the Thrive Lowcountry Women’s Conference is a must-attend event to learn and grow your business and network.

The 2019 program will feature national and regional speakers in general session and breakout sessions. Special in-depth, skill-based learning workshops will be offered to gain specific knowledge and apply learning in a hands-on setting with experts.

Friday Rundown

An opening reception to celebrate the BizPitch finalists/winners and welcome all conference attendees to the Conference and provide for robust networking.

Back by Popular demand is the Thrive Emcee and WSAV News Anchor, Tina Tyus-Shaw, who will lead us through our General Session and Concurrent Breakout Sessions in the morning and afternoon.

The Opening Session featured Billy Watterson, a serial entrepreneur whose latest venture is opening the Burnt Church Distillery in Bluffton.

The keynote speaker at the luncheon is South Carolina Lt. Gov. Pamela Evette. Prior to being elected the first Republican lieutenant governor, she was the CEO of Quality Business Solutions.

If you attended the previous Thrive Conferences, consider applying to be a Thrive award winner! Last year, two notable women were selected from many deserving nominations by a panel of judges for their personal and professional advancements — Elaine Hatala and Melissa Wagner. The 2017 Thrive conference was the springboard to starting Elaine’s business, a business in financial literacy. She joined the HH-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce and is now fully licensed in health and accident and life insurance in South Carolina. Melissa Wagner achieved "Competent Communicator" status in the Hilton Head Toastmasters Club by completing 10 speeches. She worked with a business coach over the winter that enabled her to launch a life coaching business, Envision Coaching Services, LLC.
