Overview: - Create a friendly welcoming atmosphere for members and guests - Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station and environment - Perform timely and efficient service to members and guests - Maintain the proper amount of supplies needed - Keep a neat and orderly record of all food and beverage transactions - Utilize POS system to post sales to the proper member account - Communicate with fellow employees to increase the level of service - Maintain all areas in a safe and sanitary manner - Set up buffets, stations, etc. for private or club functions - Assist is turnovers from one event to another and set up for functions, dining, etc. - Complete open and closing side-work as assigned - Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks - Mix, prepare and serve drinks according to the recipes approved by the F&B Director - Maintain and clean equipment and keep bar area in a safe and sanitary manner - Maintain record of liquors, beer, wine, tobacco and sundries to ensure par stock is maintained - All other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: - Able to lift 30 pounds - Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
