Wyndham Vacation Rentals is seeking a full time Reservations Sales Agent for our Hilton Head Island location that possesses the skills to sell the Charleston Islands area via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and online web chats in a positive and professional sales office environment. This agent should be courteous, self-motivated and detail oriented. Ability to manage sales leads a must. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for the following: 1. Answer incoming calls and email inquiries promptly 2. Ability to sell to the guests’ needs based upon accommodation inventory available 3. Convert telephone & email inquiries into reservations 4. Utilize Lead Management System for proficient guest follow up & selling 5. Outbound sales efforts 6. Utilize the local Property Management System for rates and confirming guests 7. Assist Existing Guest Reservations as necessary


• Telephone sales experience
• Ability to manage sales leads a must
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of NAVIS Narrowcast applications a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
