Management Skills

Manage patient flow including prioritizing critical need patients for provider.

Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers.

Order medical and office supplies.

Manage maintenance of the facility.

Human Resource Skills

Hire, terminate, and train employees.

Assess employee performance and tailor applicable employee development programs.

Supervise office staff, delegate responsibilities and facilitate staff meetings.

Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

Oversee employee benefits.

Compliance Skills

Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance.

Comply with legal requirements by fostering practices that adhere to the company's philosophy, goals, and standards of care.

Document and maintain records for office and medical devices as required.

Accounting Skills

Facilitate cash drawer balancing and daily office balancing.

Submit claims to insurance and process responses to claims.

Facilitate billing, coding, and collections.

Reconcile account information as needed.
