Chamber Members can sign up for health insurance benefits for their employees through the chamber's partnership with BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. Business True Blue and the Business True Blue Value Plans are group health products from BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina for Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce members with 2–99 employees.
