Hilton Head Health (H3) is a world-renowned weight-loss and wellness destination. We are offering an exciting opportunity for one individual to assist our Executive Chef in leading our culinary team. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast paced environment with a frequently changing menu. Our Sous Chef must possess the ability to train and supervise line and prep cooks to ensure precise execution of recipes. We prefer a background in nutrition and wellness; experiences cooking with calorie count and exact measurements, computer experience and a candidate that lives a healthy lifestyle. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef on a daily basis and may have the opportunity to contribute to menu item development.


The successful candidate will possess a one-year certification from college or technical school with a nutrition background and 3-5 years as a chef and/or sous chef.
