Hilton Head Health (H3) is a world-renowned weight-loss and wellness destination. The Program Concierge’s main responsibility consists of providing remarkable customer service by assisting guests with arrival, departure and all needs during their stay. Duties include managing the welcome desk, handling the process for arriving and departing guests, organizing recreational activities for the guests including bike rentals, scheduling individual appointments for in-house services as well as off-site services, providing concierge services, communicating maintenance and housekeeping requests for guest accommodations and transporting guests as needed. This position also calls guests prior to their arrival to finalize their transportation needs and pre-schedule any appointments or activities.
