The Desktop Support Technician provides technical assistance for all CoastalStates Bank and Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises, Inc. employees/associates in the resolution of user-related technology issues and questions for desktop and laptop computers, mobile and peripheral devices. Technical support services include installation, testing and training for desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with business applications, software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve recurring and unique problems and challenges.
