Southwind Management Corporation, the property management firm for Spinnaker Resorts, has an opening for a full-time Customer Relations Coordinator in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls and emails in addressing escalated issues, answering/responding to credit card disputes, responding to disputes in a timely manner, and providing weekly updates to Senior Management as requested.

Qualifications

-High School Diploma or GED

-Ability to effectively deal with people and address situations in a positive manner

-Ability to problem solve and develop reasonable resolutions

-Ability to prioritize, work independently and proceed with objectives

-Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)

-Excellent attention to detail

-Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook

-Customer service experience necessary, as well as excellent telephone etiquette skills

-Knowledge of the Vacation Ownership industry, as well as modern and current sales philosophies
