The Smokehouse at Paris Avenue

We are currently looking for qualified cashiers and cooks. Candidates must be able to perform duties and responsibilities as described by owner/manager. Experience a plus. Food will be prepared and served in a timely manner with high levels of professionalism. Must follow safety and sanitation guidelines.


Must have reliable transportation. Must have a working knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) ServeSafe certification a plus. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to multi task. Must be willing to cross train. Must be able to work nights and weekends and some holidays.
