Looking for a Community Manager with at least one year of experience in Association management. Position requires prior management of condo or homeowner's Associations. Qualifications may include a CMCA, AMS or SC Property Management certification. The candidate should be able to professionally plan, implement and lead all aspects of services provided for the community Association(s) assigned. To positively and professionally represent our industry in terms of promoting best interests of the community. Transportation is required. A strong understanding of accounting practices is vital. Customer service, dispute resolution and the ability to multi-task and perform effective time management a must.
