Junior Leadership Hilton Head Island-Bluffton
Jr. Leadership Hilton Head Island-Bluffton is sponsored by the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, to develop a corps of informed, committed, and qualified individuals capable of becoming successful leaders of their peers and their community. The candidates for the program are interviewed during the spring of their sophomore school year, and participate in the program during their junior year at a high school in southern Beaufort County. It is a competitive application process, as the number of students is limited who can participate. It requires a completed application, three letters of recommendation from community members or teachers and an in-person interview with a member of the Junior Leadership Board of Trustees. Applications for the 2017-2018 class will be accepted in April/May of 2017. For more information contact Greg Alexander at email@example.com.
